Official letters of invitation will be issued only to the registered participants whose nationalities are either Japanese, South Korean (Republic of Korea), or Chinese (People's Republic of China). The official letters are NOT issued to those with other nationalities.
Anybody with any nationality is more than welcome to participate in the conference.
